The nursery produces well-rooted plants of the UCB1 rootstock (Pistachia atlantica x P. integerrima).

The UCB-1 rootstock is a hybrid of Pistacia atlantica x P. integerrima developed at the University of California.

CHARACTERISTICS:  Excellent for its resistance to diseases (Phytophthora and nematodes) and tolerance to saline soils and cold climates. Good vigor. UCB1 is the emerging rootstock for pistachio cultivation, as it increases the productive activity.
